Joulney elektrikli araçlar için bir rota planlama uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi verinin toplandığını, neden toplandığını, kimlerle paylaşıldığını ve nasıl sileceğinizi anlatır.

Kısaca

• Reklam yok. Uygulamada reklam ağı ya da reklam kimliği kullanılmıyor.
• Üçüncü taraf analiz aracı yok. Kullanım istatistiklerini kendi sunucumuzda, rastgele bir kurulum kimliğiyle sayıyoruz; Ayarlar'dan tek dokunuşla kapatılabilir.
• Veri satılmıyor. Hiçbir veriniz satılmıyor ya da reklam amacıyla paylaşılmıyor.
• Hesapsız kullanılabilir. Giriş yapmadan da rota planlayabilirsiniz; hesap isteğe bağlı bir katmandır.

Topladığımız veriler

Konum

Rota planlamak, "yakınımdaki" istasyonları göstermek ve navigasyon sırasında konumunuzu rota üzerine yerleştirmek için kullanılır. Başlangıç ve hedef koordinatları, rotayı ve şarj duraklarını hesaplamak üzere sunucumuza gönderilir. Konumunuz reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz ve reklam ağlarıyla paylaşılmaz. Konum izni verilmezse uygulama çalışmaya devam eder; yalnızca hedefi elle girmeniz gerekir.

Hesap bilgileri (isteğe bağlı)

Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparsanız, sağlayıcının kimlik belirtecinden gelen e-posta adresiniz ve varsa adınız saklanır. Şifre tutmuyoruz. Sağlayıcının erişim belirteci saklanmaz.

Araç verisi (isteğe bağlı — Tesla)

Aracınızı bağlamayı seçerseniz Tesla Fleet API üzerinden şu veriler okunur: şarj seviyesi, aracın konumu, dış sıcaklık, araç modeli ve batarya kapasitesi. Bunlar menzil ve varış saati hesabını gerçekçileştirmek, planı araca göndermek için kullanılır. Tesla erişim belirteçleri sunucumuzda şifreli (AES-256-GCM) saklanır ve cihazınıza hiç gönderilmez. Bağlantıyı Ayarlar'dan istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz; kaldırdığınızda belirteçler silinir.

Satın alma

Abonelikler RevenueCat üzerinden yönetilir. Ödeme işlemini Apple ya da Google yapar; kart bilgileriniz bize hiç ulaşmaz. Biz yalnızca aboneliğin etkin olup olmadığını ve mağaza tarafındaki anonimleştirilmiş müşteri kimliğini saklarız.

Hesap açmadan da satın alabilirsiniz. Bu durumda Pro'yu o cihaza bağlayabilmek için RevenueCat'in ürettiği anonim müşteri kimliğini ve uygulamanın ürettiği rastgele bir cihaz kimliğini saklarız. İkisi de sizi tanımlamaz; adınız, e-postanız ya da cihazınızın donanım kimliği bu kayda girmez. Sonradan giriş yaparsanız abonelik hesabınıza taşınır.

Cihaz kimliği

Uygulama ilk açılışta rastgele bir cihaz kimliği üretir. Donanım kimliği, reklam kimliği ya da telefon numarası değildir; hesapsız kullanımda kotanızı saymak, istasyon raporlarını ve Tesla bağlantısını bu cihaza bağlamak için kullanılır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde bu kimlik yenilenir.

İstasyon raporları ve yorumlar (isteğe bağlı)

Bir istasyonun durumunu bildirdiğinizde (ör. "bozuk", "dolu") rapor türü, istasyon, zaman ve cihaz kimliği saklanır. Raporun istasyondan verildiğini doğrulamak için o anki konumunuz kontrol edilir ama saklanmaz; yalnızca "doğrulandı" bilgisi tutulur. Yorum yazarsanız metin, uygunsuz içerik denetimi için Anthropic'e gönderilir ve onaylanırsa diğer kullanıcılara adınız olmadan gösterilir.

İletişim formu

Uygulamadan bize yazarsanız adınız (isteğe bağlı), e-posta adresiniz, mesajınız ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresiniz saklanır.

Kullanım istatistikleri

Uygulamayı geliştirebilmek için hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını sayıyoruz: uygulamanın açılması, aramadan adres seçilmesi (yalnızca arama yapıldığı, ne arandığı değil), araç seçimi, plan kurulması (durak sayısı ve 50 km'ye yuvarlanmış mesafe), durak değiştirme, sürüşün başlaması, navigasyonun ya da Google Maps'in açılması, yakındaki istasyonlara veya bir istasyon sayfasına bakılması, plan kaydetme/paylaşma, Tesla bağlama ve araca gönderme, abonelik ekranının açılması ve satın alma. Her kayıt rastgele kurulum kimliğine, cihaz platformuna, uygulama sürümüne ve diline bağlıdır. Konum, ad, e-posta ya da serbest metin bu kayıtlara girmez ve kendi sunucumuz dışında kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Ayarlar → "Kullanım istatistikleri" anahtarı kapatıldığında cihazda bekleyenler silinir ve hiçbir şey gönderilmez.

Çökme raporları

Uygulama çöktüğünde ya da bir ekran hata verdiğinde Firebase Crashlytics (Google) teknik bir rapor gönderir: hatanın yeri, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü, rastgele bir kurulum kimliği. Konum, hesap bilgisi ya da plan içeriği bu rapora girmez; raporlar yalnızca hataları düzeltmek için kullanılır.

Bildirimler (isteğe bağlı)

Bildirimlere izin verirseniz cihazınızın Firebase Cloud Messaging belirteci saklanır. Bildirimleri kapattığınızda belirteç silinir.

Cihazda kalan veriler

Kayıtlı planlarınız, favori istasyonlarınız ve tercihleriniz (tema, birim, araç profili) cihazınızda tutulur. Hesabınızla giriş yaparsanız bu liste hesabınızla eşitlenir, böylece başka bir cihazda da görünür. Uygulama içindeki teşhis göstergesi yalnızca cihazınızda çalışır ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

Verilerinizi paylaştığımız taraflar

Şarj istasyonu verisi bizim okuduğumuz kamuya açık kaynaklardan gelir (Türkiye'de EPDK, diğer ülkelerde Open Charge Map) ve kişisel veri içermez.

Saklama süreleri

• Hesap ve eşitlenen listeler: hesabınız açık olduğu sürece.
• Rota istekleri: hizmeti sunmak için gereken süre boyunca; koridor sonuçları geçici önbellekte tutulur.
• Google'dan gelen mekân adı ve türü: en fazla 30 gün. Kalıcı olarak yalnızca mekân kimliği ve kendi türettiğimiz kategori saklanır.
• Tesla belirteçleri: bağlantıyı kaldırana kadar.
• Kullanım istatistikleri: ham kayıtlar en fazla 13 ay; hesabınızı sildiğinizde o cihazın kayıtları hemen silinir.

Haklarınız ve verinizi silme

Verinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarınız vardır (KVKK ve GDPR).

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabımı sil. Onayladığınızda kayıtlı planlarınız, favori istasyonlarınız, araç bağlantınız (Tesla belirteçleri dahil), bildirim kaydınız, yorumlarınız ve iletişim mesajlarınız silinir; Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız Apple'daki yetkilendirme de iptal edilir. Hesabınız kapanır ve aynı hesapla yeniden giriş yaparsanız sıfırdan bir hesap açılır. Bilerek tutulanlar: istasyon durum raporları (topluluğun ortak verisi; artık size ya da cihazınıza bağlı değil), hesapsız satın almanın mağaza kaydı ve kullanım sayaçları (rastgele kimliklerle, kişisel veri içermez). Aktif bir abonelik hesabı silmekle iptal olmaz; App Store ya da Google Play abonelik ayarlarından iptal edin. Dilerseniz contact@codevine.net adresine hesabınızın e-postasından yazarak da talep edebilirsiniz; 30 gün içinde karşılıyor ve sonucu bildiriyoruz.

Cihazınızda kalan verileri (kayıtlı planlar, favoriler, tercihler) uygulamayı kaldırarak her zaman silebilirsiniz.

Çocuklar

Joulney çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki kişilerden veri toplamaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse bu sayfadaki tarih güncellenir; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de duyururuz.

Privacy Policy

Joulney is a route planning app for electric vehicles. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app, why, who it is shared with, and how to delete it.

In short

• No ads. The app contains no ad network and uses no advertising identifier.
• No third-party analytics tool. We count usage on our own server under a random installation identifier; one switch in Settings turns it off.
• Nothing is sold. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.
• Works without an account. You can plan routes without signing in; an account is an optional layer.

Data we collect

Location

Used to plan routes, show nearby charging stations and place you on the route during navigation. Start and destination coordinates are sent to our server to compute the route and its charging stops. Your location is never used for advertising or shared with ad networks. If you decline the location permission the app still works — you simply enter the destination yourself.

Account information (optional)

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we store the email address and, if provided, the name contained in the provider's identity token. We never hold a password, and the provider's access token is not stored.

Vehicle data (optional — Tesla)

If you choose to connect your car, the following is read through the Tesla Fleet API: battery level, vehicle location, outside temperature, model and battery capacity. This makes range and arrival estimates reflect reality and lets us send the plan to the car. Tesla access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on our server and are never sent to your device. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which deletes the tokens.

Purchases

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. Payment is processed by Apple or Google; your card details never reach us. We store only whether a subscription is active and the store's pseudonymous customer identifier.

You can also subscribe without an account. In that case, to apply Pro to that device, we store RevenueCat's anonymous customer identifier and a random device identifier generated by the app. Neither identifies you; your name, email and your device's hardware identifiers are not part of that record. If you sign in later, the subscription moves to your account.

Device identifier

On first launch the app creates a random device identifier. It is not a hardware ID, advertising ID or phone number; it counts your quota when you use the app without an account and ties station reports and a Tesla connection to this device. It is replaced when you delete your account.

Station reports and reviews (optional)

When you report a station's status (e.g. "broken", "busy") we store the report type, the station, the time and the device identifier. To confirm the report was made at the station, your location at that moment is checked but not stored; only a "verified" flag is kept. If you write a review, its text is sent to Anthropic for inappropriate-content screening and, once approved, shown to other users without your name.

Contact form

If you write to us from the app we store your name (optional), email address, message and, to prevent abuse, your IP address.

Usage analytics

To improve the app we count which features are used: app opens, picking an address from search (only that a search was made, not what was searched), vehicle selection, plans created (number of stops and distance rounded to 50 km), changing a stop, drives started, opening navigation or Google Maps, viewing nearby stations or a station page, saving/sharing a plan, connecting Tesla and sending to the car, opening the subscription screen and purchases. Each record carries the random installation identifier, platform, app version and language. No location, name, email or free text is part of it, and it stays on our own server. Turning off Settings → "Usage analytics" deletes what is waiting on the device and sends nothing further.

Crash reports

When the app crashes or a screen fails, Firebase Crashlytics (Google) sends a technical report: where the error happened, device model, OS and app version, and a random installation identifier. Location, account details and plan contents are not part of it; reports are used only to fix bugs.

Notifications (optional)

If you allow notifications, your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging token is stored. Turning notifications off deletes it.

Data that stays on your device

Saved plans, favourite stations and preferences (theme, units, vehicle profile) are kept on your device. If you sign in, that list is synced to your account so it appears on your other devices. The in-app diagnostic readout runs purely on the device and is never transmitted.

Who we share data with

Charging station data comes from public sources we read (EPDK in Türkiye, Open Charge Map elsewhere) and contains no personal data.

Retention

• Account and synced lists: for as long as your account exists.
• Route requests: for as long as needed to provide the service; corridor results are held in a temporary cache.
• Place names and types from Google: at most 30 days. Only the place identifier and our own derived category are kept indefinitely.
• Tesla tokens: until you disconnect.
• Usage analytics: raw records at most 13 months; deleting your account deletes that device's records immediately.

Your rights and deleting your data

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data (GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK).

You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. On confirmation your saved plans, favourite stations, car connection (including Tesla tokens), notification registration, reviews and contact messages are deleted, and if you signed in with Apple the authorisation is revoked at Apple. The account is closed; signing in again with the same provider creates a fresh account. Kept on purpose: station status reports (shared community data, no longer linked to you or your device), the store record of a no-account purchase and usage counters (random identifiers, no personal data). Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You can also request deletion by emailing contact@codevine.net from your account's email address; we act within 30 days and confirm the outcome.

Data kept on your device (saved plans, favourites, preferences) can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app.

Children

Joulney is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date on this page is updated; significant changes are also announced inside the app.
