Bu koşullar Joulney mobil uygulamasının ve app.joulney.com
web sürümünün (birlikte “Hizmet”) kullanımını düzenler. Hizmet Codevine
(“biz”) tarafından geliştirilir ve yayınlanır. Hizmeti kullanarak bu
koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Hizmet
Joulney elektrikli araçlar için rota ve şarj durağı planlar: aracınızın menzilini, yol üstündeki şarj istasyonlarını ve yol koşullarını birlikte değerlendirerek bir öneri üretir.
2. Planlar tahmindir — sürüş kararı sizindir
- Varış şarjı, süre ve durak önerileri tahmindir. Gerçek tüketim hava, hız, yük, lastik ve yol durumuna göre değişir.
- Aracınızın kendi göstergeleri ve trafik kuralları her zaman önceliklidir. Sürüş sırasında uygulamayı güvenli olmayan biçimde kullanmayın.
- Yolculuk için yeterli şarj payı bırakmak ve güvenli sürüş sürücünün sorumluluğundadır.
3. İstasyon ve harita verisi
İstasyon bilgileri resmî kaynaklardan (Türkiye'de EPDK) ve Open Charge Map gibi üçüncü taraflardan gelir; yol ve mekân bilgileri Google Maps'ten. Bir istasyonun çalıştığını, müsait olduğunu, erişilebilir olduğunu ya da belirtilen fiyatı uyguladığını garanti edemeyiz. Kullanıcıların gönderdiği durum raporları da bilgi amaçlıdır.
4. Ücretsiz sürüm ve Joulney Pro
- Joulney'in ücretsiz sürümü belirli aylık kullanım sınırları içerir. Yolculuk sırasında yeniden planlama bu sınırlara hiçbir zaman takılmaz.
- Joulney Pro aylık ya da yıllık, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Fiyat, satın almadan önce uygulamada ülkenizin para biriminde gösterilir.
- Ücret, satın alma onayıyla birlikte App Store ya da Google Play hesabınızdan alınır. Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitişinden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
- Aboneliği istediğiniz an mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, geçerli dönemin sonunda yürürlüğe girer. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- İadeler mağazanın kendi politikasına tabidir ve mağaza üzerinden talep edilir (Apple ya da Google).
- Deneme süresi sunulursa, kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında sona erer.
App Store üzerinden yapılan satın alımlar ayrıca Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne (EULA) tabidir.
5. Hesap
Uygulamanın büyük kısmı hesapsız kullanılabilir. Google ya da Apple ile giriş yaparsanız kayıtlı planlarınız ve favorileriniz cihazlar arasında taşınır. Hesabınızı ve verinizi uygulamadan ya da bize yazarak silebilirsiniz (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası).
6. Araç entegrasyonları (Tesla)
Tesla hesabınızı bağlarsanız Joulney sizin izninizle aracınızın şarj düzeyini, konumunu ve sıcaklığını okur ve istediğinizde planı araca gönderir. Bu bağlantı Tesla'nın kendi koşullarına da tabidir; bağlantıyı istediğiniz an Ayarlar'dan kaldırabilirsiniz. Aracın bir komutu uygulayıp uygulamadığı Tesla'ya bağlıdır. Tesla, Tesla, Inc.'in ticari markasıdır; Joulney, Tesla ile bağlantılı değildir ve Tesla tarafından onaylanmamıştır.
7. Kabul edilemez kullanım
Hizmeti yasa dışı amaçla kullanmak, bilerek yanlış istasyon raporu göndermek, hizmetin işleyişini bozmaya ya da verisini otomatik olarak toplamaya çalışmak yasaktır. Bu durumda erişimi kısıtlayabiliriz.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, planlara ya da istasyon verisine dayanılarak verilen kararlardan doğan dolaylı zararlardan (ör. gecikme, çekici masrafı, kaçırılan randevu) sorumlu değiliz. Bu, tüketici olarak yasadan doğan haklarınızı kısıtlamaz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar değişirse bu sayfadaki tarih güncellenir; önemli değişiklikler uygulamada da duyurulur.

These terms govern your use of the Joulney mobile app and the web version
at app.joulney.com (together, the “Service”). The Service is
developed and published by Codevine (“we”). By using the Service you
agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Joulney plans routes and charging stops for electric vehicles, weighing your car's range, the charging stations along the way and road conditions to produce a recommendation.
2. Plans are estimates — driving decisions are yours
- Arrival charge, duration and stop suggestions are estimates. Real consumption varies with weather, speed, load, tyres and road conditions.
- Your vehicle's own displays and traffic laws always take precedence. Do not use the app in an unsafe way while driving.
- Keeping a sufficient charge margin and driving safely are the driver's responsibility.
3. Station and map data
Station information comes from official sources (EPDK in Türkiye) and third parties such as Open Charge Map; road and place information comes from Google Maps. We cannot guarantee that a station is working, available, accessible or charging the listed price. Status reports submitted by users are informational.
4. Free version and Joulney Pro
- The free version of Joulney includes certain monthly usage limits. Re-planning during a trip never counts against them.
- Joulney Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app, in your country's currency, before you purchase.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your store account's subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are subject to the store's own policy and are requested through the store (Apple or Google).
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion ends when a subscription is purchased.
Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
5. Account
Most of the app works without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, your saved plans and favourites move between devices. You can delete your account and data from the app or by writing to us (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Vehicle integrations (Tesla)
If you connect your Tesla account, Joulney reads your car's charge level, location and temperature with your permission and sends the plan to the car when you ask it to. This connection is also subject to Tesla's own terms; you can remove it at any time in Settings. Whether the car carries out a command depends on Tesla. Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc.; Joulney is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla.
7. Unacceptable use
Using the Service for unlawful purposes, knowingly submitting false station reports, or attempting to disrupt the Service or scrape its data automatically is prohibited. In such cases we may restrict access.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. delays, towing costs, missed appointments) arising from decisions made in reliance on plans or station data. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

If these terms change, the date on this page is updated; significant changes are also announced inside the app.
